1. About Premier Petra
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of the Premier Petra storefront at petraprime.com. “Premier Petra,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean [full legal business name, entity type and registration jurisdiction], trading as Premier Petra, with its business address at [business address]. “You” means the person placing an order and, when that person is authorized to act for an organization, that organization.
These terms apply when you expressly accept them during checkout or otherwise enter into a purchase agreement with us. Please read and retain the version presented with your order. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information; acknowledging that notice is not blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking.
2. Purchases and product use
Premier Petra offers personal-care products, including peptide-infused skincare, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. Product descriptions identify the particular item, its intended use and any relevant restrictions.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase agreement. If you purchase for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. Any product-specific age restriction will be stated in its listing or labeling; a purchaser’s capacity to contract is separate from whether a product is appropriate for a particular user.
Use products only as directed on their labels. Follow any instructions concerning application, rinsing, storage, expiration, age limits and precautions. Do not remove safety information or misrepresent our products when reselling them. We may decline an order for a legitimate legal, fraud-prevention or availability reason and will refund any amount due for canceled items.
Product-specific uses and benefits expressly stated in a listing or on a label form part of that product’s description. General information on the website does not replace personalized advice from a qualified medical or dental professional.
3. Ingredients, directions and product information
Review the product description, size, ingredient list, directions and warnings before ordering and using an item. Follow the labeling on the product received. Contact us before use if the listing and packaging differ in a way that matters to your purchase. Product photographs are illustrative unless a listing expressly identifies them as an image of the actual item or batch.
Individual experiences and sensitivities can vary. Review ingredients for known allergies and follow any product-specific patch-test instructions. Stop using a product if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, and seek appropriate professional advice when needed. Contact us about a product concern so we can investigate. You do not need to disclose unnecessary medical history to report an issue.
We do not guarantee an identical cosmetic result for every user. This does not limit our responsibility for accurate product descriptions, stated product commitments, product safety obligations or remedies required by applicable law.
4. Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate, current contact, billing and shipping information. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for taking reasonable steps to protect your account; you are not automatically liable for activity caused by our failure to meet our legal obligations.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, security risks or a material breach. Closing or restricting an account does not erase an outstanding refund obligation or any nonwaivable right.
5. Orders, acceptance and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the listed items. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt and is not, by itself, acceptance. Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, we accept an order when we issue a shipment confirmation for the items being shipped. A payment authorization or capture alone does not expand the products or quantities we have accepted.
Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a legal restriction. We will notify you and release an authorization or refund any payment due for canceled items. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted price without your agreement.
6. Prices and payments
The currency, item prices, discounts, shipping charges and applicable taxes shown at checkout form the quoted order total. Review that total before submitting payment. A promotion is governed by the conditions disclosed with it and does not change a completed purchase retroactively.
You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. Available methods and the timing of charges must be disclosed at checkout. Your payment provider may have separate terms and fees. We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized transactions. We will not ask you to email a full payment-card number or security code.
If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an unaccepted order, we may cancel it and refund the amount paid, or invite you to place a corrected order. Any change to an already accepted order remains subject to applicable law and your agreement where required.
7. Shipping, delivery and delays
[Confirm the countries and regions served before publication.] Delivery options and charges are shown before payment. Unless expressly stated to be guaranteed, transit estimates are estimates. You must provide an address at which delivery is lawful and possible. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; a change may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
We will have a reasonable basis for any stated shipping time. For orders subject to the U.S. Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if no shipment time is stated, the applicable default shipping period is generally 30 days. If we cannot ship within the required time, we will provide the legally required delay notice, revised timing and cancellation/refund option, obtain consent where required, or cancel and refund the order.
A carrier scan alone does not conclusively resolve a delivery dispute. Tell us about a missing shipment so we can investigate. Responsibility for loss or damage passes only as permitted by the law applicable to your purchase; these terms do not automatically shift all transit risk to you when a package leaves our facility.
If international sales are enabled, duties, import restrictions and any recipient responsibilities must be disclosed before purchase. We do not ask you to evade customs rules or misdescribe a shipment.
8. Changes and cancellations
Send a cancellation or change request as soon as possible using the contact details below and include your order number. We will try to stop an order that has not entered fulfillment, but cannot promise a requested change after processing or shipment. This operational limitation does not override a statutory cancellation right or a right arising from our shipping delay or breach.
If we approve a cancellation or are required to cancel, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within any legally required period. We will not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee.
9. Returns, problems and refunds
[Proposed returns policy for owner approval: request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with any hygiene seals intact. Opened or used personal-care items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns except where required by law or expressly allowed by us. This restriction does not remove remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered items, our breach, or mandatory statutory cancellation and return rights. Confirm any customer-paid return postage before publication.]
Inspect your delivery promptly and contact us with the order number, a description of the problem, and useful photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Preserve the packaging and affected products where safe. Prompt reporting helps an investigation; it is not an artificial deadline that removes rights you otherwise have.
Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. We will explain whether a return is needed, how to handle it safely, and who pays any permitted shipping cost. Where the issue is our responsibility or applicable law requires it, we will provide the required remedy and cover the appropriate return costs. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, a remedy may be replacement, refund or another agreed solution.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will agree on a lawful alternative. Payment providers may take additional time to post a credit. A refund will include taxes and shipping charges where required. Statutory rights are not replaced with store credit without your agreement where consent is required.
10. Website use and intellectual property
Our branding, original text, graphics and site design are owned by us or used under license. You may use the storefront and retain order and policy records for legitimate purposes. You may not impersonate us, infringe intellectual property, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, or use the site to conduct fraud or materially disrupt its operation.
You retain ownership of a review or other content you submit. By submitting it for publication, you grant us a nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, format and display it in connection with the storefront, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information or content you lack permission to share. Nothing here prohibits honest reviews, reporting a concern to a regulator, or exercising a legally protected right.
11. Product commitments and warranties
We remain responsible for the express product descriptions and commitments that form part of your purchase and for warranties and remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. We do not promise an identical cosmetic result for every user, uninterrupted website availability, or suitability for uses outside the product description.
To the extent legally permitted, and except for applicable express commitments and nonexcludable rights, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not apply where prohibited, where it would conflict with an express warranty, or where a written warranty or service contract prevents such a disclaimer. The specific rights available to you depend on the law governing your purchase.
12. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost business opportunities or lost profits, arising from the transaction. Subject to the exclusions below, our aggregate liability relating to an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
These limits do not restrict refunds or other remedies we expressly promise or must provide, liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where limitation is prohibited, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not excuse our own unlawful conduct. If a limit is not enforceable in your circumstances, the applicable legal rule governs instead.
13. Responsibility for unlawful business use
For business purchasers only, and to the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses and defense costs arising from a third-party claim to the extent caused by your unlawful resale, unauthorized relabeling, or false claims about our products. This does not cover loss caused by our negligence, defective products, breach or unlawful conduct.
We will give reasonably prompt notice of a claim, take reasonable steps to limit loss, and allow appropriate participation in its defense. Neither party may agree to a settlement that imposes an admission or nonmonetary obligation on the other without that party’s consent.
14. Questions, disputes and applicable law
Please contact us first with your order number and a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. Doing so is encouraged, but is not a condition that removes your right to contact your payment provider, use a lawful dispute process, complain to a regulator or bring a claim.
[Insert the business’s confirmed governing law and appropriate court jurisdiction after legal review.] Any governing-law or forum provision must preserve mandatory protections and court access available to you where you live. These draft terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
15. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms for future transactions by publishing the revised text and effective date, with additional notice or renewed acceptance when required. An update does not retroactively change the terms of an existing order without a lawful basis and any required agreement.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent they can lawfully operate independently. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. These terms, the accepted order and any expressly incorporated purchase-specific terms form the agreement for that purchase, without excluding representations or rights that law preserves.
